How we handle your personal data

Online donations

Your online donations and donation history are handled separately by a secure donor management service and payment processor, specifically designed for nonprofit agencies. The Normandy Project does not have access to your credit card number.

It is not required that you create an account in our donation portal. If you choose to do so for your own convenience, our donor management service stores that information. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time. Website administrators can also see and edit that information in the event you need assistance.

Contact forms

If you send a contact form to us, we will retain your contact information as an email message on our secure server.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
